Taylor Swift's Ultimate Fan

Harley Labbe is trying to prove that she is Taylor Swift's ultimate fan. The Fort Frances resident has cracked the top 25 in CMT's Ultimate Fan Video contest (you can see the video here http://www.cmt.ca/ultimatefanaccess/Gallery.aspx).
