The Fort Frances High School Muskie hockey teams wrapped up Norwossa play in the last week. The girl's fell short of an OFSAA bid after going the distance in Round one with the Kenora Broncos, and the boy's easily went perfect in the playoffs in their bid for OFSAA.

The Muskie Boys are headed to the championship round of the Norwossa playoffs. We chat with veteran Taylor Jorgeson to get the scoop. Dates and times aren't known as of uploading time, but be sure to check out this week's Fort Frances Times for all the info.

The Norwossa finals were held in Fort Frances last week and saw our home town team take claim 2 gold and 2 silver.

The Jr. Girl's Volleyball team stage an impressive comeback against the Dryden Eagles while the Sr. Girls had troubles against their nemesis rivals.

The Junior Boys beat the Dryden Eagles here at home last week 37-27 while while the boys dominated the Eagles 60-20. Both teams are perfect in Norwossa play this year.

The Muskie Boy's Hockey team dropped to the host International Falls Broncos 6-0 last Monday night.

The Muskies girl's team edged the International Falls Broncos this week in the Falls 3-2. The Fish have dominated the Broncos this season, but on Monday the girl's saw a much improved hockey team.

The Muskie Girl's came back strong from the Christmas break, beating Kenora 3-2 this week in Fort Frances.

The Muskie Sr. Girls Volleyball team are 2-1 and looking to make some noise in Norwossa in the second half of the season.

The Muskie Junior girl's finished the first half of their season on a strong note, beating Kenora in 3 straight sets, and appeared poised to continuing improving and perhaps challenge Dryden in Norwossa play.
